Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our product and would like to return it for a refund, please contact our Customer Service at sirenlens@outlook.com . They will respond to your message within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and provide you with practical instructions. Our returns policy is valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since the date of shipment, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return/Refund Conditions:
- Please note that our after-sales service is valid for 14 days, subject to logistics information. After this period, we will not be able to process any returns or refunds for you.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened condition with the original packaging intact. We will not accept merchandise that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Prior authorization is required before returning items directly to us. Please contact our Customer Service team via email at sirenlens@outlook.com to initiate the return process. Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are returned without authorization and may be lost.
- If authorized by our customer service team, you will need to ship the return item to the address you provided at your own expense. Once the package has been shipped, you will need to provide our team with accurate and actionable tracking information and screenshots to ensure the smooth delivery of your item.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- There are two types of returns/refunds/cancellations:
- Due to product issues: such as the product received does not match the ordered product, the color is incorrect, there are quality issues or missing products, etc., there will be no charge for the refund, and the system fee will be borne by the SIRENLENS website.
- For customer reasons: If the reason is subjective, such as not liking the product, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind and needing a return/refund/cancellation, a 10% handling fee will be automatically charged (please note, this fee is not charged on the SIRENLENS website). If the package has already been shipped, an additional $4.99 shipping fee will be charged. (Expedited orders will incur a $8.99 shipping fee).
- Please note that if you need to cancel your order while it's in transit, we can't assist with recalling your order. Please wait for your package to arrive. Upon receiving your item, please contact our customer service team immediately to obtain a specific return address and return the item in its original condition, following the steps in the third paragraph above. Once we receive the item, we will initiate the return process.
- If you experience any product quality issues during the warranty period, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the defective product. We will assess the problem and arrange a replacement if necessary.
- If you are not satisfied with your product and it has been opened, please cut the lens in half (as shown in the picture) and contact us within 14 days. We will refund the money to the card in your account. You can log in to your account at any time to check the balance. We will not be able to refund after 14 days.
Notice:
- Before opening, carefully inspect the item for damage or incorrect color.
- Each order can enjoy one after-sales discount.
- As long as the product is correct and the parameters ordered suit your eye, there are no exchanges, returns or refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with the color.
Return/Refund Process:
- Please email sirenlens@outlook.com to initiate this process. Please include me, your order number, and the reason for your return. Please do not return lenses to the address listed on the packaging, as we cannot receive lenses at that address.
- Make sure to return the item to its original packaging.
If the product packaging is intact and the product itself is unopened, you can go ahead and return it, ensuring it is still suitable for resale.
- Arrange for package delivery via your preferred carrier.
After you send the package back to us, please share the tracking number and the website you used to track the logistics information.
- We have received your returned package.
After receiving the returned package, we will carefully check its condition and then refund the amount to your account according to the return terms.
